We’re looking for an HR Manager who’s excited to roll up their sleeves and help build a people-first experience from the inside out. This isn’t a narrow role, you’ll have your hands in everything from onboarding/offboarding to performance to payroll, helping shape how our team grows and thrives.

This role is hybrid in Wichita, KS—Onsite about once a week (or every other week) to stay connected and collaborative.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle and HR Operations
- Manage and continuously improve onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR processes are compliant and efficient
- Help build and improve processes as we grow
Drive Performance & Growth
- Lead performance review cycles, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback processes
- Partner with leaders to support development, feedback, and team health
- Jump in on employee relations and help solve problems with empathy and clarity
Keep Things Running Behind the Scenes
- Oversee payroll to make sure everything is accurate and on time
- Help us stay compliant across states without slowing us down
- Support reporting, audits, and the details that keep everything solid
Support Benefits & People Programs
- Manage benefits and be the friendly expert employees can turn to
- Work with vendors to keep our offerings competitive and meaningful
- Contribute ideas to make our people programs better
What You Bring
- 4+ years of HR experience across multiple areas (you’ve worn a few hats before)
- Comfort with both strategy and execution—you can think big and get things done
- Experience with multi-state payroll and compliance
- Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Great communication skills and a genuinely people-first mindset
