Our client is seeking a true Product Owner to join the B2C Seller Solutions team, owning a product domain within a Salesforce-based Seller CRM. This is a strategic role focused on roadmap ownership, prioritization, and delivering measurable business impact—not just backlog management or requirements gathering. The ideal candidate will bring strong product thinking, the ability to influence stakeholders, and proven experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce solutions, translating business strategy into scalable product outcomes.
- Rate Range- $48-60/hr on W2
Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve a Salesforce CRM product domain, aligning with business priorities
- Lead roadmap prioritization discussions, making trade-offs based on impact and scalability
- Translate strategic initiatives into a structured, outcome-driven backlog
- Write high-quality user stories and functional requirements
- Partner with engineering, QA, and architecture teams across the full product lifecycle
- Challenge assumptions and proactively shape solutions
- Drive alignment across global, cross-functional stakeholders
- Monitor product health, adoption, and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
Core Product Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager in enterprise environments
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce solutions end-to-end
- Strong ownership of roadmap prioritization and stakeholder alignment
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, and user stories
- Ability to make data-driven, impact-based trade-off decisions
Technical & Business Skills
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM platforms
- Experience in eCommerce or marketplace environments (preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
- Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
