Role Overview
The Long-Term Resource Planner is responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and dispatching field resources to support customer installations. This role requires strong analytical skills, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑stress environment while delivering excellent customer service to large and sensitive customer accounts.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Work within assigned zones, using reports to determine scheduling needs and priorities
- Analyze and resolve data issues related to scheduling, parts, and kit deliveries
- Coordinate scheduling through the centralized scheduling hub
- Manage Tech Max upgrades and ensure required data is accurately entered into systems
- Dispatch work orders to Field Engineers for installations
- Coordinate with Clinical Support Specialists (CSEs), who provide customer training post‑installation
- Serve as the primary point of communication between: Field Engineers, Clinical Support Specialists, Internal stakeholders and Customers
- Lead and participate in multiple daily meetings (alignment meetings, stakeholder coordination)
- Ensure all schedules, resources, parts, and personnel are aligned prior to customer installations
- Adapt quickly to frequent changes—schedules and priorities are adjusted regularly (often every other day)

You're the right fit for the role if you have the following:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations Coordinator, Supply Chain Management or Customer Services, Resource Planning
- Salesforce, SAP and STRONG Excel skills
- Customer Service
- Data Analysis & Interpretation
- Resource Planning and Allocation
Minimum required Education:
- Minimum Required: High School Diploma, Vocational Education/ bachelor's degree in business operations, Supply Chain Management, Operations or equivalent.

How We Work Together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
For this project, you’ll be contracted via a Randstad company as a temporary worker/contractor and placed at our Client.
