2026 Turnarounds – Instrumentation Technicians – Mar to Oct – Camp, LOA, Flights – Multiple Sites across AB
Stuart Olson is hiring Instrumentation Technicians for 2026 turnaround projects throughout Alberta. Work begins in March and runs through October, covering multiple industrial sites including SAGD and petrochemical facilities. Candidates must have a journeyman ticket, safety certifications, and project experience. Flights, camp accommodations, and LOA are provided for this full-season opportunity.

What you’ll need:
- Journeyman Instrumentation ticket
- Experience in turnaround or construction at petrochemical or SAGD facilities
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- CSTS-2020 / CSO / CSTS 09 (site specific)
- Energy Safety Canada H2S Alive
- Energy Safety Canada Fall Protection
- Energy Safety Canada Confined Space Entry Monitor
- Energy Safety Canada Aerial Work Platform
- Ability to pass Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol testing
- Physically fit: able to lift 50kg, crouch, climb ladders
- Clean-shaven (for PPE compliance)
- Steel-toed boots and PPE

- Project experience in SAGD or Oil & Gas environments
- Familiarity with ESC Permits, Lockouts, and Isolations
