Compensation: $16hr + Uncapped Commissions

## What You'll Do:
Make outbound sales calls to potential mortgage loan customers
Understand customer needs and connect them with loan originators
Use tools, scripts, and systems to guide the customer journey
Document calls accurately for reporting
Meet performance metrics in a supportive team setting
Stay compliant with TCPA and DNC regulations
Occasionally assist with inbound customer service
## What Were Looking For:
Friendly, confident phone presence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated, goal-oriented, and professional demeanor
Able to work independently and on a team
Detail-oriented with solid time management
Computer literate and comfortable using call center tools
Experience In Sales, Customer Service, Or Call Centers Preferred
High School diploma or equivalent required
Mortgage knowledge is a plus
