Our client is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to oversee the execution of commercial and technical aspects of projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring that contractual obligations are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.- Drive the execution of technical and commercial project elements from sale to completion.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, contractors, and stakeholders, addressing all inquiries.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to align with project requirements.
- Thoroughly understand project scope through contract documents and specifications.
- Lead and facilitate project kick-off and internal meetings.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and documentation to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide strategic direction to ensure project goals and customer expectations are met.
- Identify and mitigate project risks effectively.
- Oversee procurement processes and maintain vendor relationships to meet quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with quality requirements across engineering and production teams.
- Travel up to 25% for fieldwork as necessary.
- Contribute to sales negotiations and provide budget insights to management.
- Facilitate change orders and assist with warranty claims and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with Service personnel to meet project needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management or engineering experience in relevant industries.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and excellent communicator.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Office Suite, and engineering drawings.
- Experience with contract negotiation and understanding of fabrication and construction processes.
- Knowledgeable in air handling systems, water treatment technologies, and industrial processes.
- Experience in various industrial facilities is advantageous.
- PMP or related certification is a plus.
- Construction management experience is a plus.
