Multi Billion dollar international pharmaceutical manufacturing company located in the Wooster Ohio area is looking on the south side of Canton is looking for a plant Quality Manager
JOB DUTIES
- Ensure that process controls are in place to meet all corporate quality standards and for preventing the outflow of defects from the process.
- Responsible to create, implement and sustain quality control plans to prevent the outflow of defects to the customer.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
- Must be a creative problem solver, proactive and steadfast in the identification and resolution of product quality issues.
- Manage day to day quality control and quality inspection activities to the assigned area(s)
- Maintain Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 13485) or other relevant standards
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years working in Quality in a manufacturing plant environment
- 4+ years working in quality leadership
- Demonstrated planning/problem solving skills
