About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the restoration industry (water, fire, mold, or construction services) and be passionate about building strong client relationships.
This role requires a driven, results-oriented professional who thrives both in the field and on the road, engaging with clients, networking, and representing our company in the community.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners (insurance adjusters, property managers, contractors, commercial facilities, government contacts, etc.)
Generate new business opportunities by visiting job sites, networking events, and community outreach programs.
Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to expand market presence.
Provide excellent customer service and act as a trusted advisor for clients during restoration projects.
Work closely with operations and project management teams to ensure seamless communication from lead to job completion.
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, meetings, and opportunities in CRM or the Excel Sheet provided.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of business development or sales experience in the restoration industry (water, fire, mold, construction, or related field).
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily for in-person meetings.
Strong knowledge of restoration services, insurance claims process, and emergency response protocols.
Proven track record of achieving sales goals and developing referral relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently while supporting a team environment.
Preferred Skills
Established relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, or commercial facility managers.
Experience In CRM, Google Sheets/Docs, And Other Reporting Tools.
Good communication skills.
