Job Duties:
Provides on-site technical support at well sites, applying knowledge of drilling fluids, operational calculations, technical testing, and waste separation and management equipment. Performs analysis and interprets results to offer technical solutions, operating specialized equipment and contributing to fluid performance during operations.
Works in conjunction with supervisors and technical professionals, demonstrating knowledge of Halliburton products and services, drilling operations, and associated technologies. Maintains professional relationships with customers and field personnel, manages product and equipment inventories, and ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Qualifications
- Professional in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in handling and treatment of drilling fluids and muds, including monitoring of physicochemical properties, management and interpretation of laboratory tests and monitoring of operational parameters. A course or certification from a Mud School is desirable.
- Availability to work and travel nationwide.
- Intermediate English
