Sierra Chemicals is expanding across West Texas, and we are looking for a driven, relationship-focused professional ready to grow with us in the industrial and oil & gas market.
For over 30 years, Sierra Chemicals has supported critical operations across the United States through industrial cleaning services including hydroblasting, fin fan cleaning, and CIP solutions. As demand continues to grow in the Permian Basin, we are investing in the next generation of business development leaders.
This is not a sit-behind-the-desk sales role.
You’ll be in the field building relationships, visiting customer sites, identifying opportunities, and helping industrial facilities solve real operational challenges.

What You’ll Do
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with industrial and midstream clients, and present Sierra Chemicals’ cleaning solutions and ROI-driven proposals.
- Promote industrial cleaning services including hydroblasting, fin fan cleaning, and CIP services
- Conduct on-site visits to understand client operations, collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored service plans, and follow up regularly to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
- Work closely with operations teams to support customer success
- Maintain pipeline activity and help drive revenue growth across the territory
- Represent Sierra Chemicals professionally in the field and at customer locations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in field sales, business development, or account management, preferably in industrial services, chemicals, oil and gas, or related sectors.
- Strong customer relationship management skills, including prospecting, needs assessment, solution selling, and closing.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and prepare professional proposals.
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize multiple accounts, site visits, and follow-up activities.
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
- Must live in Midland
- Valid driver’s license with ability to travel regularly
- Bachelor’s degree (STEM) preferred
- Industrial, oil & gas, or business development experience is a plus
- Must be able to pass and maintain drug and alcohol screening requirements

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
