Job Summary
We are seeking a Field Support Specialist to join our team in Odessa, TX. This opportunity is ideal for a recent college graduate with a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field who is interested in building a career in the Energy/Oil & Gas industry.
The Field Support Specialist acts as the primary link between customers, field personnel, and internal operations teams. This role supports customer service, field operations, product deliveries, service coordination, inventory management, and business operations while gaining valuable exposure to commercial and field activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
