Description: We are looking for a FT Member Service Representative/Loan Processor for our Riverview Office, located in Great Falls, Montana. Come and join the strongest progressive Credit Union in the area. You will be assisting members with all their account financial needs in person and over the telephone. These duties include, but are not limited to, the following: opening new accounts, providing account information, member account reconciliations, providing share and loan rates, processing various financial transactions, providing loan service to the member, processing loan documents, loan disbursals and loan payments, deposit verifications, backup loan duties, and matching our members' needs with the appropriate credit union products/services. Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Branch Manager. 40 hours a week Mon - FriRequirements: High School Diploma/Equivalent College and/or comparable education preferred or a minimum of 1 year financial institution experience in the Member Service and Lending area. Flexible with scheduled shifts Must be able to relate to and like working with the public. Must be able to cross-sell credit union services and products Basic knowledge of standard office equipment and Microsoft Office Excellent listening and written/verbal communication skills Proven organizational and multitasking skills Proven team player Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
