Job Duties:
Completes all actions associated with the leasing of apartment community homes to prospective residents including:
Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office
Present community amenities, unit availability options, execute leasing contracts, and give property tours to prospective tenants
Communicate resident concerns to the Community Director and maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Director
Completes ongoing industry training
