Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an Assembler, where you will play a crucial role in the assembly of pipe joining, fittings, and valves. This position involves reading blueprints and assembling components such as pipes and connectors according to job specifications. Imagine it like assembling LEGO pieces, but with precision and adherence to detailed blueprints.
Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints for assembly instructions.
Assemble basic pipe, connectors, and components as per specifications.
Cut and groove pipes accurately.
Log data into a computer system to update progress.
Form and press gaskets as required.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 5 years of assembly experience.
Proficient in mechanical knowledge and blueprint reading.
Skilled in using hand and power tools.
Experience with valve assembly and mechanical equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with pipe joining and connectors.
Motivation.
Familiarity with pipe grooving and cutting.

Work Environment
Work in a clean manufacturing environment with assembly, fabrication, and warehouse distribution sides. Although non-climate controlled, large fans provide ventilation. The team includes around 12 employees, with roles such as CNC Machinist, QC Technician, Manufacturing Trainer, Assemblers, and Machine Operators. The position is on the 1st shift, running from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with potential overtime and weekend work based on production needs. Dress code includes steel-toed boots, jeans, a work shirt, safety glasses, and a high-visibility vest.M

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
