Remote Laborers - Remote Camp - Prudhoe Bay, AK
NANA Regional Corporation is seeking Remote Laborers to join their team at Prudhoe Bay, Alaska. These individuals will perform a variety of manual labor tasks to maintain, improve, or construct facilities in a remote camp environment. The ideal candidates are adaptable, safety-focused, and able to work in arctic conditions as part of a team. This is a physically demanding role with a focus on supporting facility operations and maintenance.

What You’ll Need
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- At least one (1) year of varied construction-related experience
- At least one (1) year experience safely operating various hand and power tools
- At least one (1) year experience operating construction equipment (e.g., JLG Manlift, scissor lift, Bobcat/loader)
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years
- Ability to pass all pre-employment contract requirements (drug test, physical, fit for duty assessment, hearing test)
- Ability to work as part of a team and make decisions independently
- Ability to stand for 12 hours per shift and live in dormitory style settings
- Ability to meet all safety guidelines and regulations
- Physical ability to lift, carry, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs and ladders, and perform shoveling tasks as described
- Ability to travel by plane and/or bus to remote camps
- English language proficiency (speak, understand, read, write)
