Petrosmith is hiring full-time Industrial Painters for its Abilene, TX manufacturing facility. This hands-on role involves abrasive blasting, surface prep, and the application of industrial coatings on pressure vessels, tanks, and metal components. Ideal candidates will have some previous industrial painting experience and a strong commitment to safety. Technical and vocational training are a plus, and training support is provided for equipment operation and standards.

What you’ll need:
- 2+ years of experience in blasting, coating, or painting in manufacturing/fabrication
- Ability to operate an airless paint pump
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights
- Ability to work in extreme hot or cold weather
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Safety knowledge and use of tools and ladders
What will make you stand out:
