These individuals will perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks supporting mine site infrastructure, facilities, and company-owned housing. What You’ll Need
- Ability to perform general facility maintenance, including painting, drywall repair, and light carpentry
- Experience operating landscaping and maintenance equipment (power tools, lawn mowers, weed eaters, paint sprayers)
- Basic plumbing repair skills (fixing leaks, replacing faucets, unclogging drains, servicing toilets)
- Light electrical work (changing fixtures, outlets, switches, basic troubleshooting within non-licensed limits)
- Support for HVAC and ventilation systems (filter changes, thermostat checks, visual inspections)
- Ability to maintain and repair doors, locks, windows, and hardware
- Support for seasonal tasks (snow removal, salting walkways, preparing for extreme weather)
- Inspect and support utility systems (water heaters, pumps, sump systems)
- Assist with setup and teardown of temporary infrastructure (fencing, signs, project equipment)
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs safely
- Adherence to MSHA, site-specific, and company safety and environmental requirements
- Participation in high-risk work activities (confined space, fall protection) as required
- Background check required
