What You’ll Need
- Experience supervising and coordinating craft workers in a fabrication or structural steel shop
- Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and job orders
- Knowledge of code standards, specifications, and metals
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work in various environments, including high places, confined spaces, and all weather conditions
- Physical ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 lbs
