Deckhands will assist with tow building, vessel maintenance, safety procedures, housekeeping, and general deck operations while working multi-week hitches aboard company vessels. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a maritime career, as no previous experience is required and ongoing training is provided.

What you’ll need
- No prior experience required
- Must obtain a valid TWIC card before orientation
- Ability to work 14-, 21-, or 28-day hitches away from home
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to lift and carry up to 110 lbs.
- Ability to climb ladders

- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
