We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Groundskeeper / Porter for an upscale apartment community. Candidate must be dedicated and willing to maintain the beauty, safety, and functionality of our residential community’s outdoor spaces. In this role, you will be responsible for grounds maintenance, maintaining the pool and ensuring the outdoor environment remains inviting and well-kept. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors alike.
This is a full- time position:
Monday- Friday
8:00am- 5:00pm
Paid time off
Salary depends on experience.
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
