Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
-Demonstrated experience providing customer-oriented solutions or service
-Demonstrated experience defining technical SDLC requirements for moderately complex IT projects using a variety of graphical and textual techniques.
-Demonstrated experience consulting on the development of test strategies and plans for medium to large IT projects.
-Demonstrated experience using multiple facilitation techniques and other methods to elicit and document requirements and resolve conflicts among project partners.
-Demonstrated experience with multiple modeling techniques/tools used to convey and gain agreement regarding requirements. -Extensive knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. (e.g. Waterfall, Iterative, Agile).
-Solid knowledge of system architecture and system engineering processes.
-Solid understanding of infrastructure technologies, operating systems, and the interconnectivity between infrastructure platforms and software tools.
-Solid knowledge of general business operations and strategies.
Preferred Qualifcations
3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Delivery, Financial Systems, or related roles
Experience supporting payment systems, billing platforms, financial operations, or enterprise technology solutions
Support programs and collaborate with business and technology partners
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
Experience in insurance or financial services
Familiarity with:
Payment gateways, ACH, card processing, lockbox, AutoPay
Treasury operations and cash management
Payment reconciliation and financial reporting
Understanding of enterprise integration concepts, such as APIs and event-driven systems
Experience with Jira and Confluence for requirements management, backlog tracking, and documentation
Experience with data analysis tools, such as SQL, Excel, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, or similar technologies, to support payment analysis, reconciliation, and reporting
Success Measures
Clear, complete, and traceable requirements documentation in consideration of roadmap priorities
Support for delivery of reliable payment capabilities
Improved understanding of reconciliation, reporting, and operational impacts
Analysis and documentation to support issue resolution
Why You will Matter
You will help deliver a modern, unified payments ecosystem by helping translate our needs into clear requirements, improving customer experience, and strengthening financial accuracy and control across the enterprise.
We will expect you to work 10. days per month from the office. You should reside within approximately 35-50 miles of one of the following office locations. The locations are: Madison, WI 53783. Boston, MA 02110 is another location. Additionally, Denver, CO 80112 is a location. We include Eden Prairie, MN 55343. Keene, NH 03431 is also a location. St. Joseph, MO 64507 is another one. Lastly, Phoenix, AZ 85034 is a location.
