Maintenance Technicians – Up to $29k/month + Free Room and Board – WA
This offshore role aboard a Glacier Fish Company processing vessel involves mechanical repair, fabrication, and welding of ship and factory equipment while operating in the Bering Sea. Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of experience with fishing vessels and strong hydraulic and welding skills. Room and board are included, with high earning potential tied to catch value. Candidates must be willing to work both at sea and in the shipyard.

What you’ll need:
- 2+ years of experience on fishing vessels in a maintenance tech role
- Knowledge of hydraulics and stainless welding (TIG, stick)
- Ability to modify and repair factory equipment
- Inventory and purchasing experience
- Availability to work at sea and during shipyard periods
