MasTec Communications Group is seeking Skilled Laborers to join their Long Haul Travel Crew based in Hugo, Minnesota. These positions involve supporting aerial and underground telecom construction projects nationwide, offering the chance to develop new skills and see the country. What You’ll Need
- At least 2 years of experience working outdoors, preferably in a utilities/construction environment
- Valid and current CDL A/B with current DOT Med card
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, independently and consistently
- Willingness to travel 100% of the time on a rotating schedule (4-5 weeks on, 5 days off)
- Ability to work 50–60 hours per week, overtime after 40 hours
- Commitment to safety and following all safety procedures
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to work in the field
