WaterBridge is hiring Roustabouts in Orla, Texas to support saltwater disposal and water well operations in the Northern Delaware Basin. This 14/7 rotational role involves preventive maintenance, tank gauging, pump monitoring, and ensuring environmental and safety compliance at field sites. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in demanding outdoor conditions with rotating shifts.

What you’ll need:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
- Ability to use digital tools (iPhone, computer programs)
- Experience working on saltwater disposal sites
- Must live in Orla, TX or within 60-mile radius
- Ability to work 14/7 rotation including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work day or night shifts (10–12 hours)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work at heights up to 35 feet
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Ability to carry breathing apparatus if required
