Compensation: $55,000–$70,000 annually, depending on experience (adjust as needed)
A growing organization in the Midland area is seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support day-to-day Human Resources operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to create a positive employee experience while ensuring HR processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
The HR Coordinator will support recruiting, onboarding, employee administration, and a variety of HR initiatives while partnering closely with hiring managers and company leadership.
Coordinate pre-employment background screenings.
Schedule and track drug screens and pre-employment physicals.
Ensure all hiring documentation is completed before an employee's start date.
Maintain compliance with company hiring policies and procedures.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
Prepare and process new hire paperwork.
Serve as the primary HR contact for new employees during onboarding.
Create, maintain, and audit employee personnel files.
Ensure all employee records remain accurate, confidential, and compliant.
Coordinate employee uniform rentals, exchanges, and returns.
Verify employee eligibility for per diem according to company policy.
Maintain records for company-provided housing, including assignments, occupancy, move-ins, and move-outs.
Partner with department managers to ensure housing information remains accurate and up to date.
Support HR projects, process improvements, and special initiatives.
Assist with maintaining HR documentation and administrative processes.
Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department.
Previous Human Resources, Recruiting, Office Administration, or Administrative experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple departments.
