Position Description

The Operations Assistant and Driver will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and office support to the Operations Management departments. More specifically support to the Operations Manager to help facilitate an efficient and well-organized structure for their department and includes driving the operations manager for business reasons.

Duties/ Responsibilities

Closely support the Operations Manager to assist where needed.
Drive the Operations Manager for business reasons to include trips to the field (Customer Sites), retail stores (purchase/pick up of equipment and tools) and Flatland property locations (office and yard).
Review files, records, emails, submissions, reports, or other documents to determine their significance, plan their distribution or obtain information to respond to request.
Research, compile, and prepare reports, correspondence, or other information required by management on behalf of the Operations Manager.
Maintain and update operational workforce data including assisting in the timely submissions and approvals of employee status change to Human Resources.
Support departments by conducting daily/weekly reports and other tasks as assigned.
Liaison between operations and other departments.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Valid Driver’s Licenses and a good motor vehicle record (MVR) required.
Available to work Monday through Saturday from 5 AM to 6 PM.
Available to be on call 24/7 in case of emergency work situations that require the Operations Manager to report to the field.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Administrative Assistance experience preferred.
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish required.
