Technical Account Manager

What does a successful Technical Account Manager do at Fiserv?

Fiserv is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as a trusted advisor for strategic APAC-based platform, marketplace, fintech, and enterprise clients leveraging Fiserv for Platforms (FFP). The TAM owns post-sale technical engagement, helping clients successfully onboard, integrate, launch, and scale embedded payment and financial services solutions across multiple markets and use cases.

This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, solution consulting, operations, and customer success. The ideal candidate combines strong technical aptitude with exceptional stakeholder management skills and can effectively navigate complex client environments across APAC markets.

Key Responsibilities

Client Success & Relationship Management

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic APACclientspost-contract execution.

Build trusted relationships with clientproduct, engineering, operations, compliance, and executive stakeholders.

Develop account plans and success strategies aligned with customerobjectivesand growth targets.

Conduct regular business and technical reviews with clients.

Technical Advisory

Guide clients through API integration, onboarding, testing, certification, and production launch activities.

Advise clients on platform architecture, payment workflows, onboarding models, and operational best practices.

Provide consultation on embedded financial services, fintech, marketplace, and multi-party commerce use cases.

Act as a subject matter expert on Fiserv platform capabilities and product roadmap.

Program Delivery & Launch Management

Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive implementation milestones and remove blockers.

Monitor integration progress and proactivelyidentifydelivery risks.

Partner with engineering, product management, compliance, and operations teams to ensure successful client launches.

Drive adoption of new capabilities and service offerings.

Escalation Management

Manage technical escalations and coordinate resolution across internal teams.

Lead incident communication and client-facing remediation discussions.

Ensure root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities are completed.

Voice of Customer

Capture client feedback and advocate for product enhancements.

Partnerwith product leadership to influence roadmap prioritization.

Identifyopportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

What You Need to Have:

5+ years of experience in technical account management,solutionsengineering, implementation management, or customer success.

Experience supporting enterprise software, payments, fintech, or platform-based products.

Strong understanding of APIs, web services, authentication methods, andintegrationarchitectures.

Experience working with clients across APAC markets.

Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple complex customer engagements simultaneously.

What is Nice to Have:

Experience with payment processing,acquiring, merchant onboarding, payouts, wallets, or embedded finance.

Knowledge of marketplace, platform,PayFac, or multi-party commerce business models.

Familiarity with payment regulations and compliance requirements across APAC regions.

Experience supportingfintechs, software platforms, marketplaces, or ISVs.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or relatedfield.

Visa Requirements:

You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Salary Range

$134,000.00 - $218,400.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Sunnyvale, California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
