Equipment Operators - Deep Foundations - Cameron, LA

The employer is hiring Piledrivers to support deep foundation construction projects by assisting with pile driving operations, crane rigging, layout work, and heavy manual labor. The role requires working safely in construction or plant environments while using rigging equipment, hand tools, and power tools. Ideal candidates are physically fit, safety-conscious, and experienced working around cranes and heavy construction activities.

What you’ll need

Ability to erect and dismantle lattice boom cranes
Knowledge of heavy rigging
Basic to advanced rigging experience preferred (NCCER)
Ability to interpret crane hand signals
Ability to read prints and take measurements
Ability to plumb piles using levels
Ability to assist other craft workers
Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally
Ability to use hand and power tools
Ability to climb ladders, scaffolds, and structural framework
Ability to work in confined spaces when required
Ability to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions
Strong communication skills
Reading, writing, and basic math skills
Ability to work safely in plant operations or construction job sites
Attention to detail and sound decision-making skills

What will make you stand out

Basic to advanced NCCER rigging training
Previous heavy rigging experience
