This is a high‑impact, hands‑on leadership role focused on driving operational excellence, strategic execution, and resource management across a fast‑moving business unit. The Chief of Staff will partner closely with senior leadership and work extensively across the product development lifecycle, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and designers. This role will lead a team responsible for key operational priorities, including managing operating cadences and executive agendas, ensuring clarity and alignment in communications, overseeing workforce and resource planning, and supporting executive decision‑making. As a trusted advisor and right hand to the executive, this individual will guide teams through complex initiatives, resolve competing priorities, and ensure the organization operates efficiently and effectively.
