About the Role
My client is seeking an Assistant Project Manager who can support construction projects ranging from $5M to $30M. Working closely with Senior Project Managers and Superintendents, you’ll assist with all aspects of project management, from preconstruction through closeout. Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with budgeting, scheduling, and procurement
- Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and site logistics
- Supporting RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Maintaining project documentation and communication
- Attending site meetings and providing status updates
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely and on time

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working for a General Contractor in or Construction Management
- Experience bringing commercial project from conception to completion
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
