As part of the continued growth of our in-house Beauty Division, we are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations across the Americas.
Role Overview
The Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the efficient flow of goods, information, and processes across the supply chain. This position will be responsible for coordinating logistics activities, monitoring inventory, supporting order fulfillment, and partnering closely with internal teams, suppliers, distributors, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics and Operations
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities to support timely and accurate product movement.
- Work closely with 3PL partners, warehouse teams, transportation providers, and Customer Service to support smooth day-to-day operations.
- Monitor and coordinate pickup requests and distributor orders.
- Track and trace shipments, providing timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Support efficient execution of the order-to-cash process in partnership with Customer Service.
Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels and support inventory control processes to optimize stock availability and reduce excess.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and support reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Help ensure accurate inventory records across systems and operational reports.
Supplier and 3PL Coordination
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and 3PL partners.
- Support issue resolution related to deliveries, quality concerns, shipping delays, or other operational matters.
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure service levels and operational expectations are met.
Reporting and Process Improvement
- Develop and maintain logistics KPIs for the U.S. Distribution Center.
- Prepare regular reports and analyses related to supply chain and logistics performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs across the supply chain.
- Support implementation of best practices to strengthen logistics operations.
Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure compliance with import/export requirements, customs regulations, and relevant industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, purchase orders, inventory, and operational activities.
- Support local logistics compliance activities in alignment with global guidance.
General Support
- Manage complaints and operational issues, ensuring they are addressed promptly and escalated appropriately when needed.
- Support ad hoc projects and additional tasks as needed to ensure efficient business operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related area.
- Experience working with 3PLs, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes is preferred.
- Experience in the beauty, luxury, or consumer goods industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel is required.
- Experience with SAP, Power BI, and/or Anaplan is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required. Spanish and/or Italian is a plus.
- Availability to travel approximately 10% to 15%.
