Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer I to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer I, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting product development and documentation readiness. The ideal candidate will demonstrate quick learning, attention to detail, and strong technical understanding of processes, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer I
Location: Temecula, CA (100% On-Site)
Duration: 12+ Month Contract
Pay Range: $36/hr. - $41/hr.
Shift: 7AM - 4PM
What's the Job?
Support new product introduction activities, including product development builds
Assist in preparing technical documentation for product readiness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product launches
Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail
Navigate internal processes and systems to facilitate project progress
What's Needed?
Bachelor of Science, preferably in engineering
No prior experience required; entry-level role
Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
Strong problem-solving skills and technical documentation capabilities
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
