Responsibilities

Assist with the installation of various interior projects such as bathrooms, kitchens, flooring and finish trim work. Warmer months we are outside installing decks and fences.

Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, shaping, fastening, and finish with paint or other materials.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and plans to execute tasks accurately.

Prepare construction sites by setting up scaffolding, framing, or other structures needed for renovation or new builds.

Follow all workplace safety regulations diligently to maintain a secure environment for yourself and your team.

Qualifications

Prior experience working on construction projects or in a related field is highly preferred. Entry level position also available

Ability to interpret blueprint specifications and technical drawings accurately.

Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and proper use of hand tools and power tools.

Skills in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical will set you apart from other applicants

Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate basic heavy equipment or commercial driving when needed.

Drivers license is a plus
