What You’ll Need

Experience supervising and coordinating craft workers in a fabrication or structural steel shop
Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and job orders
Knowledge of code standards, specifications, and metals
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to work in various environments, including high places, confined spaces, and all weather conditions
Physical ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 lbs
Commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship
