Seasons Dermatology & Aesthetics is a modern, upscale medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming, luxury environment. We are seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Receptionist who is passionate about creating an outstanding first impression for every patient.

As the first point of contact for our practice, the Receptionist plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional patient experience. This position requires outstanding customer service, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced medical office.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage provider schedules
Register patients and verify demographic and insurance information
Collect copays, balances, and cosmetic payments while accurately processing transactions
Verify insurance eligibility and referral requirements
Respond to patient inquiries regarding appointments, skincare products, and cosmetic services
Process faxes, scan documents, manage incoming mail, and perform general front office duties
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience
Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous medical receptionist, medical office, dermatology, or healthcare experience preferred
Knowledge of medical insurance, referrals, and patient registration is preferred
Strong computer, multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
Professional appearance with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment
