We're looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead Mechanical Industrial Field Operations (HVAC, Exhaust, and Fire Protection) on a large, high-tech industrial construction project in West, TX.

This is a 2-year project assignment offering long-term stability, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to work on a high-profile build.

Paying up to $76 hourly DOE + Per Diem (7 Days/Week) + Med/Dental/Vision Benefits

What You'll Do:

Lead mechanical field operations.
Manage subcontractors, schedules, quality, and safety.
Coordinate MEP systems with architectural, structural, and civil teams.
Support system startup, commissioning, and client turnover.
Review RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Assist with budgeting, staffing, and subcontractor management.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of mechanical construction management experience.
Experience on industrial, semiconductor, cleanroom, manufacturing, or other high-tech projects.
Experience working in live operating facilities.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Revit, or Navisworks is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
