We're looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead Mechanical Industrial Field Operations (HVAC, Exhaust, and Fire Protection) on a large, high-tech industrial construction project in West, TX.
This is a 2-year project assignment offering long-term stability, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to work on a high-profile build.
Paying up to $76 hourly DOE + Per Diem (7 Days/Week) + Med/Dental/Vision Benefits
What You'll Do:
- Lead mechanical field operations.
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, quality, and safety.
- Coordinate MEP systems with architectural, structural, and civil teams.
- Support system startup, commissioning, and client turnover.
- Review RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Assist with budgeting, staffing, and subcontractor management.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of mechanical construction management experience.
- Experience on industrial, semiconductor, cleanroom, manufacturing, or other high-tech projects.
- Experience working in live operating facilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Revit, or Navisworks is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
