What You’ll Need

Willingness and ability to adhere to OSHA / MSHA regulatory requirements
Valid and insurable driving license
Ability to perform quality pre-operation machine inspections
Physical ability to meet equipment manufacturer’s safety requirements (body weight under 330 pounds)
Ability to kneel, crouch, squat, climb stairs and ladders repeatedly
Strength to push and pull at least 55 pounds, lift up to 85 pounds, and carry weights over distances of at least 20 feet
Strong communication skills and positive learning attitude
Exemplary attendance, safety, and disciplinary record
Flexibility on shift schedules (days and nights)

What Will Make You Stand Out

0-2 years’ experience in mining or heavy industry preferred
Working knowledge of safety systems and processes
Multi-lingual communication skills
