This is a unique opportunity to step into a highly visible role where you will own social content, marketing execution, and help build structure from the ground up.
The Opportunity
This role sits at the intersection of social, brand storytelling, and marketing operations.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Owning the social content calendar and campaign execution
- Elevating the brand’s visual identity and storytelling
- Bringing organization, structure, and process to a fast-moving team
- Supporting product launches, retail marketing, and trade show initiatives
This is a hands-on, builder role — ideal for someone who thrives in a lean, founder-led environment and wants to make a real impact.
What You’ll Own
Social & Content Leadership
- Own and manage the end-to-end content calendar (planning, execution, optimization)
- Lead social strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (TikTok as future growth)
- Drive content creation, shoots, and storytelling aligned to a premium brand
- Manage freelancers/agencies and oversee content output and performance
Marketing Programs & Campaign Execution
- Translate product launches into integrated campaigns across channels
- Support retailer marketing, co-op programs, and partner initiatives
- Lead marketing execution for trade shows and events
- Coordinate with sales, merchandising, and creative teams to align messaging
Operations & Structure (Critical First 90 Days)
- Organize and optimize shared drive / asset management systems
- Build and implement clear workflows and marketing processes
- Create structure around campaign planning, content execution, and timelines
- Serve as the central point of coordination across marketing initiatives
Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with creative and digital team members
- Work alongside leadership to execute evolving brand strategy
- Help bring clarity and momentum to a team in transformation

What We’re Looking For
Must-Have
- 4–7+ years of experience in social, content, or brand marketing
- Experience owning content calendars and campaigns end-to-end
- Background in luxury or premium consumer brands (fashion, beauty, lifestyle, etc.)
- Experience working in small, fast-paced, or founder-led environments
- Proven ability to build structure, processes, or systems from scratch
- Strong understanding of brand storytelling and visual identity
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Preferred
- Experience in wholesale, retail marketing, or co-op programs
- Exposure to trade shows, events, or product-driven marketing
- Familiarity with ecommerce and DTC strategy
- Experience managing agencies or external partners
