About Matic
Matic is an AI-native clinical intelligence platform designed to orchestrate care-to-collection workflows the way clinicians actually practice. Through a growing suite of modular AI agentic solutions, Matic connects clinical documentation, summaries, coding, workflow, and follow-up into a unified and connected intelligence layer that preserves clinical intent, reduces fragmentation, and integrates seamlessly within existing physician systems. The Role
We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the Matic delivery team and own the operational rigor across our partner portfolio. You'll manage delivery across multiple concurrent engagements, coordinating between Matic's internal product and engineering teams and the clinical, product, and technical stakeholders embedded within our partner organizations.
This is a partner-facing role that requires equal parts structure and adaptability. You'll be the connective tissue that keeps complex, multi-workstream programs moving while managing ambiguity, anticipating blockers, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks in programs with real clinical and revenue consequences.
What You'll Own
Partner Delivery Coordination
● Serve as the primary delivery interface between Matic and partner teams, including executive stakeholders, clinical leads, and product owners.
● Own the recurring meeting rhythm across engagements, including agenda prep, action tracking, and follow-through on both sides.
● Maintain delivery plans across phased milestones, flagging scope changes, dependencies, and risks proactively.
● Coordinate cross-functional workstreams spanning EHR integration, clinical workflow design, and AI-assisted tooling, ensuring each has clear ownership and forward momentum.
● Manage third-party integration dependencies with appropriate urgency and escalation when timelines are at risk.
Program Operations
● Maintain each program's source of truth, including project documentation, decision logs, open items trackers, and milestone status.
● Translate clinical workflow discoveries and SME sessions into structured requirements and delivery inputs for Matic's product and engineering teams.
● Coordinate legal and compliance touchpoints such as BAAs and data agreements with partner teams.
● Build and maintain reporting artifacts for partner milestone reviews and executive metrics check-ins.
Stakeholder Management
● Build trusted working relationships with partner stakeholders at multiple levels, from executive sponsors to clinical SMEs and front-line operators.
● Surface the right information to the right people at the right time, protecting engineering and product focus while keeping partners informed and aligned.
● Represent Matic's delivery commitments with confidence and navigate scope conversations constructively.
What We're Looking For
Required
● 6+ years of project or program management experience in a technology delivery context, ideally software product, platform implementation, or enterprise SaaS.
● Proven track record managing complex, multi-workstream programs with multiple external stakeholders simultaneously.
● Comfortable operating as an embedded partner inside a partner organization, relationship-first and not process-first.
● Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to synthesize ambiguous information and communicate clearly across technical, clinical, and executive audiences.
● Experience managing programs with phased delivery structures and firm milestone commitments.
● Proficiency with agile delivery methodologies and sprint-based team coordination; Scrum Master experience or equivalent is a plus.
● Experience with project and issue tracking tools — Linear experience strongly preferred; JIRA or equivalent agile tooling accepted.
● Able to manage multiple active engagements concurrently without dropping threads.
● High agency mindset — if you identify a problem, independently implement a solution where possible rather than seek permission.
● A strong balance with AI tools; we are an AI-driven company and expect everyone to have high proficiency in using AI tools to augment their work, alongside the human taste, QA, and judgment to manage any step AI takes.
● Willingness to work outside the scope of your role when needed — we are a small, senior team moving quickly, and everyone should be able to wear hats outside their traditional scope and be motivated to learn and support beyond their core competency.
Preferred
● Experience in healthcare technology, including EHR implementations, clinical workflow design, value-based care operations, or health IT platforms.
● Familiarity with ambulatory care settings, physician practice management, or revenue cycle workflows.
● Exposure to API integration programs, including certification processes, vendor dependency management, and phased rollout coordination.
● Familiarity with AI-assisted clinical tools, ambient scribing, or coding automation products.
What Success Looks Like
In your first 90 days, you will have:
● Built trusted relationships with key stakeholders across your assigned partner engagements.
● Taken full ownership of the meeting rhythm and action tracking across Matic and partner teams.
● Produced clear, maintained delivery plans with risks and dependencies visible across all active workstreams.
● Established yourself as a reliable, proactive delivery partner that both partners and the Matic team depend on.
● Developed enough fluency across our project load and sales pipeline to anticipate where additional resource needs are emerging before they become blockers.
Why This Role
● You'll work across some of the most consequential healthcare AI programs being built right now, directly affecting physician workflow, patient care quality, and value-based revenue capture.
● You'll operate as a true embedded partner rather than a vendor, which means real influence, real accountability, and relationships that matter.
● The problem space is varied and high-complexity — clinical AI, EHR integration, payer intelligence, ambient documentation, and value-based care all intersect in our work.
● Matic is a small, senior team where your contributions are visible and impactful from day one.
