About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Junior Project Manager / Scrum Master to support delivery governance and execution for large-scale digital transformation initiatives. This role requires strong coordination across cross-functional teams and the ability to balance strategic planning with execution to ensure successful delivery of technology-driven programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery across multiple digital initiatives—from planning through execution and deployment
- Provide delivery governance and execution oversight for complex transformation programs
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders
- Manage scope, dependencies, risks, and timelines to ensure successful delivery
- Lead and mentor Scrum Masters, guiding Agile practices, tools, and DevSecOps processes
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile and SDLC standards
- Identify and mitigate risks across technical, operational, and communication areas
- Collaborate with leadership to define and execute product roadmaps
- Support integration planning, testing coordination, and deployment readiness
- Communicate program updates effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders
Required Skills
- Strong experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SDLC)
- Experience in technical delivery and program execution
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices
- Familiarity with web services, middleware, databases, and enterprise systems
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management / Scrum Master roles
- Experience working in CPG organizations or top-tier consulting firms
- Proven track record delivering large, cross-functional technology programs
- Experience managing distributed teams and multiple workstreams
