Danos is seeking Lease Operators for their Mentone, Texas operations. These professionals will be responsible for oil and gas well operations, equipment maintenance, and field surveillance. The ideal candidates are safety-focused, technically skilled, and able to work a 7/7 schedule with housing available.

What You’ll Need
- 1+ years of Lease Operator experience highly preferred
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid US Driver’s License with acceptable driving record required
- Ability to meet all conditional job offer requirements (background, drug test, MVR, agility, fit for duty)
- Physical ability to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders and stairs, walk, bend, and stoop
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment
- Ability to respond to visual and audible alarms
- Understanding of environmental and safe work practices
