Industrial Electricians - Mentone Oilfield - 7/7 - Camp - Mentone, TX
Bergaila is hiring Industrial Electricians to maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems supporting oil and gas production facilities in Mentone, Texas. Electricians will work a 7/7 rotation performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on motors, MCCs, VFDs, transformers, generators, PLC field wiring, and medium-voltage systems. This role is ideal for experienced industrial electricians with oilfield maintenance backgrounds seeking rotational work in a production environment.

What you’ll need
- Minimum 4 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience
- Oilfield electrical maintenance experience
- Experience troubleshooting motors, VFDs, relays, contactors, MCCs, and electrical panels up to 480V
- Experience with medium-voltage electrical systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics, prints, and wiring diagrams
- Experience using multimeters, megohmmeters, and electrical diagnostic tools
- Experience troubleshooting control circuits, 4–20 mA signals, and PLC field wiring
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Commitment to lockout/tagout, PPE, and electrical safety procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a 7/7 rotational schedule
- Ability to respond to emergency callouts
- Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, lift heavy tools, and travel between field locations
What will make you stand out
- Texas Journeyman Electrician License
- Experience with electrical startup and commissioning
- SAP experience
- Familiarity with VRUs, LACT units, and SWDs
