Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: Lower Manhattan, NY (Hybrid, Onsite Tues-Thurs)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
Contract: 6 months - Potential to convert to permanent
Pay Rate: $30-32/HR

4 Corner Resources is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for an enterprise-level client in Lower Manhattan. This role supports the Talent Acquisition team, coordinating interviews, managing onboarding tasks, and ensuring exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, is tech-savvy, and enjoys organization and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling, including room setup, itineraries, and technology access.
Partner with Hiring Managers, HR, and Talent Advisors to streamline scheduling and communication.
Manage onboarding tasks such as background checks, drug screens, and license verifications.
Track progress and follow up on documentation or vendor status updates (e.g., HireRight).
Maintain accurate candidate data in Workday and support TA/HR Operations with reporting and updates.
Provide consistent, professional communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience

Requirements

High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of administrative, scheduling, or HR experience in a fast-paced environment (TA or healthcare experience a plus).
Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Workday (or similar ATS).
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills.
Must be able to work onsite Tuesday-Thursday each week.
