A global leader in real estate investment is looking for a high-impact Investment Banking Analyst to join its Strategic Finance team.

The Manager will contribute to some of the firm’s most critical investment and financing decisions by diving deep into complex financial models and shaping capital markets strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and audit detailed financial models for real estate M&A transactions
- Perform valuation analyses using multiple methodologies (comparable companies, precedent transactions, NAV analysis, etc.)
- Conduct market research and industry analysis focused on real estate sectors (e.g., multifamily, office, retail, industrial)
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop strategic advisory recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in investment banking, hedge funds
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling (testing may be required)
- Understanding of and experience in capital markets
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
